There are 331 non-official subsidized universities (beside minority universities) in which 331 posts of principal and 11,272 assistant professor posts in different subjects are approved by government. From every educational year i.e., 1 July posting for 12 months is done through written examination and interviews. Information of postings are issued by Educational director, Higher Education, UP Prayagraj and after selection, commission forwards the selected list with expected records to Educational director, UP Prayagraj for further proceedings.
From the year if establishment till 2008 commission selects highly qualified candidates only form interviews but from 2008 it also merged the process of written examination in its selection procedure.
From the year of establishment commission is continuously selecting highly qualified and eligible candidates with un-biasness and doing its job fairly.
